PHP continues to receive high member satisfaction scores! PHP continues to be a top performing health plan! Each year we participate in the CAHPS 4.0H survey, which measures many areas of member satisfaction. Click here to see PHP's 2012 CAHPS results. Other Member Surveys PHP members may also get a survey if they are a new member or if they have called Customer Service. Surveys are your chance to tell us how we’re doing.
