PHP members can access benefit information through our Member Packet Portal. This portal allows online access to member materials, including the PHP Certificate of Coverage, Member Handbook, and Provider Directory. As a member, you can either view or print the documents for your particular benefit plan. You may also request that hard copies be mailed to your home.
